    Perfect Serve Lemonberry [EN]

      Ingredients

      • 5cl of Puerto de Indias Lemonberry
      • 20cl of 7Up, tonic or lemon soda
      • Sliced strawberries and a lime slice
      • Ice

      Preparation

      Add ice to the glass until it is full, cool it and strain the remaining water. Add Puerto de Indias Lemonberry gin. Gently pour in the 7Up, tonic or lemon soda and stir to integrate. Finally, decorate with sliced strawberries and a slice of lime.

        Puerto Lemonade

          Ingredients

          • 3 lemons
          • 300 gr. of strawberries
          • 30cl. of Puerto de Indias Lemonberry
          • 20gr. white sugar (optional)
          • Crushed ice
          • Fresh mint

          Preparation

          We start by preparing the strawberry syrup, chopping the strawberries and putting them in a pan with the sugar and a splash of water. Cook for 7-8 minutes over medium heat and remove from heat. Blend at maximum power and, optionally, strain to remove the seeds. Pour the syrup into the base of the pitcher and cover it with crushed ice. Squeeze the 3 lemons and add the juice along with Puerto de Indias Lemonberry. Mix well and serve in glasses with lots of ice and some mint leaves. You can prepare ice cubes with lemon, strawberry and mint and cover the edge of the glass with some sugar.

              • 5cl Puerto de Indias Blackberry. 
              • 3cl lime juice
              • 3cl egg whites
              • 2cl cinnamon syrup 
              • Natural blackberries

              Preparation

              Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lime juice, egg whites, cinnamon syrup and shake it vigorously.  Serve on a cocktail glass and decorate with a natural blackberry. Enjoy!

                  Ingredients

                  • 5cl Puerto de Indias Blackberry
                  • Half a lime in wedges
                  • Natural blackberries
                  • 8 spearmint leaves
                  • Soda or sparkling water

                  Preparation

                  In a wide glass, place half a lime in wedges, 8 leaves of spearmint, 2 big blackberries and a tablespoon of sugar.  Macerate softly with a mortar. Pour the gin and add ice. Finish up with a small amount of soda or sparkling water. Enjoy!
