• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 2 cl natural lemon
• 3 fresh citronella leaves
• Soda water
• Ice

Preparation

Fill the glass to the brim with ice, chill it and strain any excess water. Add the Puerto de Indias Classic gin. Gently pour in the lemon juice, one tablespoon of sugar and stir to blend. Finally, decorate with fresh citronella leaves.

• Natural blackberries
• 8 spearmint leaves
• Soda or sparkling water

Preparation

In a wide glass, place half a lime in wedges, 8 leaves of spearmint, 2 big blackberries and a tablespoon of sugar.  Macerate softly with a mortar. Pour the gin and add ice. Finish up with a small amount of soda or sparkling water. Enjoy!

Preparation

Add the Puerto de Indias gin and the rosé wine to the carafe filled with ice, add the soda water or lemonade, shake and stir to blend. Add freshly sliced strawberries and lemon.

• Puerto de Indias Sweet Melon
• 1 lime
• 7-8 mint leaves
• A small piece of melon
• A tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
• Half a can of 7Up
• Crushed ice

Preparation

We start by cutting the lime and melon into small pieces and separating the mint leaves. In the bottom of a tall glass we place the lime, the mint, the melon and, optionally, a tablespoon of brown sugar. We crush it well with the help of a mortar. Add the crushed ice, the Puerto de Indias Sweet Melon and cover with 7Up. We decorate with fresh mint and a fresh melon skewer.

• 3 lemons
• 300 gr. of strawberries
• 30cl. of Puerto de Indias Lemonberry
• 20gr. white sugar (optional)
• Crushed ice
• Fresh mint

Preparation

We start by preparing the strawberry syrup, chopping the strawberries and putting them in a pan with the sugar and a splash of water. Cook for 7-8 minutes over medium heat and remove from heat. Blend at maximum power and, optionally, strain to remove the seeds. Pour the syrup into the base of the pitcher and cover it with crushed ice. Squeeze the 3 lemons and add the juice along with Puerto de Indias Lemonberry. Mix well and serve in glasses with lots of ice and some mint leaves. You can prepare ice cubes with lemon, strawberry and mint and cover the edge of the glass with some sugar.
